L3git is a Windows desktop application. Your tests, APIs, credentials, and code stay on the machine, licensing can be verified entirely offline, and what it generates is standard Java your own people can read and audit. No cloud service sits between your team and its test suite.
Offline keys make zero outbound calls
A key issued with the offline flag suppresses every network path in the application — activation, licence heartbeat, and the update check alike. Not "minimal traffic": none. The licence is verified locally and the app never attempts to reach us.

Licensing traffic carries the licence key, an instance ID, a truncated one-way machine fingerprint and the hostname — and nothing else. Your tests, the systems they exercise and the credentials they use are never part of it, on any key type.
Our outage is not your outage
On a standard online key, if our licence server is unreachable the application keeps working for a 14-day grace period rather than locking your team out. Offline keys have no such dependency at all.
No runtime to get approved
The desktop app runs on the PowerShell that already ships with Windows — no Python, Node, or extra runtime to install. One fewer package for your security team to review.

The installer is digitally signed, and a portable zip is available for machines where installers are not permitted.
log4j ban you can verify
One checkbox adds a Maven Enforcer rule to the generated build, so it fails loudly if log4j
ever enters the dependency tree. A supply-chain guarantee your security team can read
straight out of the pom.xml.
Accessibility checks run locally
axe-core is bundled with the generated project, so WCAG checks run in your own environment rather than against a hosted accessibility service.
Auditable output you own
L3git emits a standard Maven project — ordinary Java, Cucumber, Selenium and REST
Assured. Your engineers and your auditors can read every line, and it runs with
mvn test whether or not L3git is installed.
What we don't claim
L3git Development holds no security certifications — no SOC 2, no FedRAMP, no HIPAA attestation. We would rather say so plainly than imply otherwise. What the product offers instead is architectural: it does not receive your data, so most of a security questionnaire is answered by what it never does.
We also make no formal support commitment for STIG-hardened Windows images, LTSC builds, or FIPS-mode hosts. The application is an ordinary signed Windows desktop app running on built-in PowerShell, so it generally behaves on locked-down machines — but we have not certified that, and we will not pretend we have. If you are evaluating it in one of those environments, tell us and we will be straight with you about what we know.
